2.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Use, extent and purpose of storage and processing<\/h2>\n

We store and process personal information for the purposes of maintaining customer contact, marketing notifications via email, sales promotion, customer profiling with the goal of creating tailor-made offers of content and products to clients in emails and on websites. When emails are sent, we record the page views of the individuals who received the messages and clicks on the links in the received messages. For better and more targeted offer as well as for personalization of further messages, we automatically process, analyse, profile and evaluate our clients’ interest in sent messages. Based on the recorded data and the profiles created, we do not make automated decision making.<\/p>\n

For the purpose of informing with e-mail, we keep<\/p>\n

  • the last name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We collect personal data with explicit consent of individuals. The consents are stored together with their content and the content of the form they were obtained with.

      The personal data of individuals is stored until the consent of the individual for storage and processing is revoked. Upon revocation of the consent of the individual, his \/ her personal data shall be immediately effectively and permanently deleted.
      \nInsofar as the purposes described above due to which we store and process personal data cease to exist in our company, the databases of which the purpose has been terminated will be immediately effectively and permanently deleted.
      \nWe keep information about the received messages and clicks on the links in the received messages for 12 months after the message is sent.<\/p>\n

      • transfer to another provider of related services,<\/li>\n
      • termination of processing and storage or withdrawal of consent for processing and storage, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing, which is based on the consent until its revocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In the event that we would like to further process personal data in our company for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data were collected, we will provide the individual with information about that other purpose and any further relevant information as provided in this document.
        \nTo the extent that an individual believes that their rights are in any way violated, he may at any time file a complaint with the supervisory authority – Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia:
